So you all probably noticed I've only sporadically been on DA lately. Well for the most part it's just because life's been pretty busy between work and family. The other thing is that throughout most of 2023, between the Hollywood strikes and labor unions fighting over AI, I've been a bit more active in advocating for, and advising on, implementing stricter regulations over AI usage and training. Last year it felt like it was only in the later half of the year when we made significant progress in restricting AI usage from a legal and ethical standpoint, so I felt like I had to be knee-deep in that for all our sakes. Now that there is much stronger regulation and pending lawsuits (thank God for the EU AI Act, the first of many incoming AI regulations), I feel like I can take a bit of a breather and get back to focusing on my own creative energies, not just here but also in my non-kink writing. Hopefully this pans out the rest of the year and I can be more active.

I'm also going to focus a bit more on my OCs to try and get more works including them done, though I won't completely abandon using other characters (got one in the works involving Rainbow Mika, for example). Kind of a fun exercise for me in terms of developing narratives.

Contemplating starting a tip jar. Depends on how the financial transactions work. I don't really want anything to do with cryptocurrency for obvious reasons, so I'm hoping something like Paypal or something would be good enough so that I can use something legitimate without directly posting sensitive information publicly.

Also fun fact about me: outside of DA, creative speaking, outside of marketing and writing, what I really do a lot of is photography. I say this here because I've recently connected with a couple of...well, not 'influencers' in the strongest sense of the word, but gals who definitely know their audience, if you catch my drift. Point being, there may be some opportunities for me to collaborate with them in that area. Not sure if I would post anything here on DA but I would certainly let you all know where you could find them.

That's it, really. Just felt like I should make these announcements now that we're starting a new year. Hopefully I can be a bit more active than I have been the last couple of years. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

So since some of you may noticed I wasn't very actively lately....well the truth is most of my summer, particularly the last several weeks, have been super stressful for me, so I didn't have motivation to do much of anything, let alone draw or write. TV and video games (and the occasional social outing) helped me a little bit, but it didn't really inspire a creative drive in me, both for here and for my non-fetish writing. That was the first thing.

The second thing is, as you may have noticed from my two submissions today, is that I'm also attempting to expand the tools I use:

I normally use Autodesk Sketchbook on my tablet since it's easy to just take a snapshot of what I draw and then use brushes and coloring. Once I started using Illustrator at my work, though, I decided to try experimenting with it for my DA stuff too. Not sure if I'll do it for all of them, since it's obviously not as convenient as my tablet, but I like the end results of the linings much better. May also experiment with using more gradients and tones for future works.

Anyhoo, thanks for listening, hopefully I can contribute more in the coming months amidst my hectic schedule.

Hey guys, so here's a little bit of an update for you:

In order to cut down on my workload, as well as better manage my free time once I start my new full time job, I will be accepting commissions for future pics and stories. I haven't decided on a pricing system just yet, but I will certainly try to keep it reasonable since most of the DA base seems to be in the broke-college-kid age range. I probably won't open commissions until after summer since I will be mostly working and therefore cannot guarantee commissions being done in a timely manner, but when I do, it will include costs and such.

Also, if you are currently waiting on a request from me prior to this announcement, it will be grandfathered in.

Sooo I'm finally able to announce a few things like I mentioned before.

First off, I have a new profile pic in case you haven't already seen it:

We'll see if it sticks, but I do have plenty of other ideas to fit into that little square box if I need something more :)

Secondly, I will soon have a THIRD interactive story on writing[dot]com. Most of you who follow me know that, in addition to contributing to other users' interactive stories, I currently have two main ones on mine; Sleepy KOs, which is obviously about knocking out female characters and playing with them while they sleep (like with their feet, butts, faces, etc), and Tickles and Giggles, which focuses more strictly on just feet. There are still some KO options in this story but it also features more tickling and things like laughing gas and foot fetishes. Also, it includes some male characters as well. This new one I'll be starting soon is a femdom interactive story with a focus on foot fetishes and asses (namely facesitting and ass worship) so stay tuned for that! (If you don't know about the interactive stories I have on writing[dot]com but would like to check them out, I'll put links below).

This third thing is less of an announcement and more of a curiosity to see if anyone wants to help me out with something; I have a private project I'm working on for someone that uses audio. It does involve feet/sleep, but I have a few lines that need to be recorded by a female for authenticity. If there are any female DAs interested in sending me recordings of some lines, here's what I can do; since it is a private project, it would obviously be uncredited (though I'm sure you may want to remain anonymous anyway), BUT I can pay $15 through PayPal for about 5-6 short lines for the project. Send me a note if this interests you.

...really, really, really and truly HATE this new DA format? Like everything that was so simple is now overly complicated and a complete hassle to get through the most basic of things. And even if enough people hate it, will it be enough to make DA staff care at all about reverting these unpleasant and frankly unnecessary changes?
